PLS! give us the hope we need-new season

pls pls bring back a poe league, it's been forever and whilst I've been playing poe 2 its not for me and it feels like you've just abandoned poe 1

Based on the end of that interview it doesn't sound very good for the future of poe 1. Which kinda sucks since they basically used all of our support and $$ over the years to make this other game and now they are just abandoning poe 1

Which interview? Didnt they half a year ago claim that PoE2 wouldnt impact PoE1 or something similar?

Can they roll league into Standard at least? Obviously I'm biased (Standard player here) but I wouldn't mind a Standard-only PoE 1 for a while. I doubt that would excite anyone, however.

The poe 2 one with ghazzy and DMT. Basically said "We need to talk" about poe 1 and did not provide an update

Sounds like we got 12 years of PoE 1. Which we funded as fans. To make PoE 2 which many of us do not like AT ALL. So you just traded D4 fans for your OWN poe 1 fans. Now you let poe 1 die and lose those old dedicated fans for ones you may keep for a year or less. Where we have been here 12 years. Really terrible way to treat the player base. Like were all going to like poe 2? As if.

I dont like the focus on mechanical play for bosses esp and I dont like the fluff in PoE2.

I really hope none of this is the case, I hadn't seen that interview when I posted this, after seeing it not sure if I take that away from it. I mean what where they going to do at that point, announce season and then disappear with no more information.
if they did abandonee poe 1 you're not wrong, it would really leave a bad taste after all the support and money, I was already a little buthurt that they made a game for a different audience instead of the poe diehards, like poe 1 with new graphics would be dope.
