Can't whisper or trade- Must be ingame to use this feature-PS5

I cannot whisper to trade. I originally bought the early pass on site for PS5 which was an error. I proceedede to buy the pass on PS5 and got refunded for the one on site. I linked both accounts on site. Unfortunately, the site does not seem to recognize that I have the early access pass and always directs me back to PO1 which I have never played. I tried switching the accounts, going on PS5 or site. Nothing works. Also, I cannot see my 3 characters on either account. Consequently, i receive the message ''your account must be in ge to use this feature''. This is extremely frustarrating ad it has really slowed my progression. I have contacted support but haven't received a response in over a week.

Update, this morning my merc appeares on the account on site. So messed up.

Anybody have any ideas how to resolve.
