Since yesterday, the game pauses every 3sec for no reason and then lags.

I'm joining the long list of players with a problem of "pause" on POE2 every 3/10 sec without any reasons.. Apparently its something i saw about packloss but i never had it before and all my others multi games works.

The game was systematically pausing every 3sec/10sec as if I had a packetloss, I don't understand because I haven't touched any of the options and my internal connection is fiber and works very well (stable connection, MS OK as I did a speed test).

I don't understand what could have happened to make such a change. Does anyone have any ideas for solutions? A steam member shared this message with me but I can't quite figure out what to do.
