Life\Mana regeneration mechanics

Apparently Life\Mana regeneration mechanics have a delay (like recharge Energy Shield).

What delay are you talking about?

I've not used a shield but "recover" in 2 I believe has a 4 second delay. Quite long obviously and it wont save your ass.
Seems most are using increasing flask recovery and wailing on the flask button as needed. |

No idea what u guys are talking about.
For me Recover on Block and Recover on Kill both are instant. There's no delay whatsoever. Same with Life/Mana regeneration obviously... it's active constantly. |

If you're referring to Recoup its over 8 seconds to recover.
