Shop Issues Refund

What the hell is going on? So, I'm a new player to PoE2, I came from Diablo IV. The first thing that I bought was a pet, thinking that he is going to collect orbs, coins, you know.. the important things, same like the pet from D4. Apparently he is not doing anything. I wrote to GGG, they didn't give a f, not even replying to my message. The other day I bought from the website store "map stash tab". When I logged in my account, surprise! Is not there. So, again, I wrote a message to GGG asking what is the issue or if this stash tab is only for PoE1 because if this is the case, I would like a refund. Again, nobody answered!

Nowhere in the store is not saying exactly what is the item that you purchase is doing (if is doing something) or if it's a thing for PoE1 or PoE2. So in my case , I have spent $40 for.. nothing apparently and this people they don't even answer to messages.

Anyone else have this problem?

I believe the support team is pretty understaffed for the amount of players right now. Most people wait days or even weeks for a response.

The Pet thing well, u should know that EVERY MTX in PoE is just cosmetic. Apart from Stash tabs obviously u don't get any MTX that changes ur ingame experience directly.
For which MTX works on what version right now I agree, it's pretty confusing. Best thing to do is buying the MTX in the PoE2 client directly, because it shows only the MTX that work in PoE2 right now.

and the rings that count your drops, and there was something else with some utility as well i forgot what it was tho.

nope.. there is no map stash.

So you are misunderstanding a lot of things and making it worse for yourself.

This site, it's mtx store is for stuff on PoE1, it will transfer over to PoE2 when/if applicable, for the map tab it may be getting converted to a waystone tab or they might be bringing maps to PoE2...if you want to make purchases for PoE2, do it in game.

The pet thing...that's a you problem, GGG do not provide pay to win MTX and having a pet do that sort of thing is pay to win (and tabs are not pay to win, they are convenient to a point but become burdensome after that)

AND you are trying to contact them when there is a massive fucking queue, wait your turn and do not try to email them again until they have responded otherwise you are making the whole process take even longer.

A pet picking up orbs is P2W? Might wanna double check the meaning of P2W.

If there is such a queue they should start hiring people imo.

I think you misunderstood. First: The fact that the pet is collecting the coins from the floor instead of you crossing over them, is not pay to win my friend. Second: mxt store... idk what the hell is that, being new. if I play PoE2 instead of PoE1, it should say "PoE1 only" or make separate store for each one for the stupid me or people like me that are new to the game. I'm repeating this because I'M NEW and it doesn't say anywhere all the info that you need (yo stoopid, this is only for poe1, if you are playing poe2, it doesn't work / the pet that you are buying is only a cosmetic, he is not doing anything else). Got it?

The fact that I've sent 2 emails to them is because there are 2 different problems: the first was on 9th of Dec, with the pet thing and didn't got an answer and the second is for the map stash, that i bought 2 days ago. (i dont even know why i'm explaining to you though)

Edit: BTW: how long do you think I should wait for an answer? Until the game is going to be released? Or? Because from 9th of December until now.. it's quite a while. Just sayin`

Edit 2: When you finish a "waystone", it's saying "Map Complete". So for me, again, as a new player of PoE, this is a MAP. So if I saw that they are selling a "map stash tab", for me.. it's a tab for these "maps"

I don't think he knows what he is talking about. He didn't played this P2W game called Diablo 4. :)
