Please no response still

Having a issue my main account and its been two months. I have not gotten any help but one email that asked me some details and provide my info and after that it's been silent. when I try to get help on here either support, delete my post or I still get no help. Yes I have email support already but again I have gotten no help whatsoever. I paid money and would like to get help.

So the process under normal circumstances

there may be a queue, Receive email, respond...depending on the issue it can either be resolved there and then or started on the account security stuff, at which point they will ask some questions and then place you in a different queue, these questions are only to speed up the process once you get past the second queue and to let you know that you have been seen and will get he ticket resolved.

Before(years ago) they never even did that, you would just sit in a queue for weeks without any answer before getting seen (at one point it was over a month)

Being in a queue require patience, just wait and don't try sending more emails to "bump" your ticket...it resets you in the queue...making it take longer
