bug with everlasting glaze and dream fragments

the everlasting gaze suppose to give % of mana as extra es,

the notable point in tree arcane intensity suppose to give extra damage for each 100 mana, the increase mana from dream fragment aren't give any extra damage, its like the game doesn't count the mana from the ring for any extra effect that depend on mana.

I'm having the same issue. I put it on last night, gained 800 mana. No ES, and damage tool tip for spark decreased. Hard bug for 90 div ring.

+1. exact same findings as schmuels#0846. Mana up approx 800 ES flat. Put a ring with mana on it, ES jumps up.

Not a bug. "Gain as" from The Everlasting Gaze occurs at the same time as "Converts" modifiers, which is before "% increased" modifiers would apply.
It's the same reason why "% increased Energy Shield" modifiers don't increase your mana when you have Eldritch Battery allocated. |
