Microtransaction bugged ps5

I've made a purchase of 200 in game coins trough ps5, funds were removed from my ps5 account but never added the 200 coins to poe2. It's been weeks now, and when I enter the microtransaction tab it's bugged and cannot load. Is anyone else having similar issue? Can I get support on it?

I’m having the same issue but mine is the 100$ Founders Pack that I purchased on 1/8/25 thru PS5, was charged 100$ and did not receive said pack. Got a response from support but slow on the reply.
