Stuck in trail of corruption

Stuck in trail of corruption act 2. I'm in the second . I got the horn and I can't use it. There is no indicator at the front of the boat to use it and it's keep telling me to go to the traitors passage even after I completed it. The desert map is all grayed out. I'm running around hours and unable to do anything.
