They could at least give you a automated response or something that your email is received. Here i am clueless why my account was even locked to begin with waiting on them to unlock it meanwhile they got to enjoy the $250 i spent on supporter packs and buying coins.

My account is almost 10 years old and now it has been locked too.

Its ok, they've still not dealt with an issue I first emailed them about on the 12th of December.

Somehow they did not expect the amount of traffic after putting PoE1 on life support for 2-3 years and "releasing" the one thing they've hyped up to no end for nearly 4 years.

Just Tencent things. They've gone full corpo now.
the same thing has happened to me since the 13th... no responses or replies idk what else to do on my end..
i had sent them char info and address etc and nothing has been said after

Really feel bad that she spent that much and hadn’t gotten any help yet. I spent $150 for a support pack and only thing I’ve asked is to get help with merge account issue and I have not gotten any help whatsoever.
