Can't respawn after trial ascendency boss and gem bug

Technical details:
Playing on Xbox.
Act II.

The LB and RB skills don't work. They do highlight like I pressed it and nothing happens. I also lost my quarter strike ability (even gone in skill selection bund screen)
Weird stuff. Just randomly happened after adding a support gem on a aura (malice)

I got a video n some pics. But weird!!

Imma restart it I guess :)



Ok restarting did NOT work, but I figured it out.

I have a secondary with the malice buff. I was using it earlier, but when I out a socket in it, that's when my staff attack stuff bugged out. I could do wish slash but no other quarterstaff skills.

Hopefully someone sees this :)

So, it's actually just the rune itself is bugged.
Just fyi I put that same rune/jewel thingies in another item and it bugged

I got another bug!!

Act 2, the trial of ascendency, when i die on the last boss, I cannot respawn as the button doesn't pop up.

Another thing.... When I get into act 2 battles on my Xbox, the audio starts to bugg out then my controller will DC shortly then the audio calms down...bhut it's only during boss/mon battles
