If I start the game, change settings, save, and restart, the settings will return to their initial state.
It's loud, takes up all of the screen, and you can't change the language. I can't play the game properly.
playing in Steam. Saved to C drive SSD. I uninstalled the game file and installed it again, but it didn't fix the problem.
Weird behavior:
When viewing the game's local files, there are several mysterious files named Garbled text (mojobake) for example 㠀ᴫǼ and 㴀ɭ. When I try to verify the integrity of Steam -> Library -> Properties, a strange message appears saying that all 0 files have been verified.
