PS5 Pro Witch Breach unplayable
I am unable to complete a breach without death. As soon as it starts and I cast 2 flame walls all monsters and effects start flickering and the game starts lagging badly and everything is invisible and death.

Dude, GGGs don’t give a f*ck about PS5 players.
As you see they actually do not provide any updates on the critical issues. I believe they do not have any management who is in charge of the the console quality as the current game state it’s not an early state it’s just unprofessional way of communication. If they do not provide any updates today for us, I expect lots of hate posts here |

Same issue for me most likely, flamewall down and all effects just starts flickering, at most i know the flamewall is there because of the skulls hitting...something which most of the time is invisible which also blocks me from moving, framerate going to 5-10 fps is also not helping me survive this.
This only stops happening once breach is over or i am dead which has happened far too many times... Damned if i do damned if i dont. Edit: this is on PS5 regular edition, smelly code... Last edited by phryx#2310 on Jan 14, 2025, 5:10:09 AM

I completely agree... Endgame is not all that enjoyable on a PS5 and when doing a Breach... It is unplayable.
I have a gigabit hardwired connection also. Please fix this for 0.2.0 |

" I understand your frustration and I hear you completely, however I think it may be a bit unfair to say they don’t care about ps5 players, they support ps5 which takes a tremendous amount of development resources as it is, so I certainly think they do care but not to the same degree as PC. I would love more attention and time put into the ps5 port myself, but I do think this is a good area to begin on performance bottlenecks, starting with figuring out a way to make flame wall far less computationally expensive, I noticed this skill in particular is probably one of the worst if not the worst in terms of performance. Fixing this first might seem small on the outset for overall ps5 performance improvements, but I think it will actually greatly help with the co-op multiplayer experience as well, since this skill tends to be fairly common in my experience.
