Hi there, we are currently experiencing high volumes of Support requests. Rest assured we will respond to your email as soon as humanly possible.

When you finally do get a reply, chances are it will be asking for information you already provided in your first email, just to send you back to the bottom of the queue. Support aren't resolving any issues, they're just wasting the time of everyone involved.

MY FUCKING PROBLEM IS THAT YOU ASKED FOR INFO REGARDING THE ACCOUNT ON 25 OF DCEMBER, I PROVIDED THE INFO AND THEN FUCK ALL, GHOSTED, I REALLY DON`T FUCKING CARE ABOUT YOUR ISSUES AT SUPPORT OR ANYTHING, I JUST WANT TO PLAY THE GODDAMN GHAME

Should be very fucking simple to press a button and reinstate the access to the account, or mail me a new fucking key since obviously I bought due to the fact that I got 2 damn characters created and hours played in it, but you decide to do shit, just because... fucking thank you for letting me support you with my money and don`t let me play :)
