Blind Effect?

I don't use any skills that produce blinds, but a blind mark appears on the enemies. How do you think this could happen?

Some passive skill nodes has %chance to blind on them.
You can open the passive skills tree and search for blind. |

Probably should post your skill slots and passive skill. Being a veteran player doesn't mean you didn't miss a small detail somewhere. Blind chance rolls on jewels.. could be a jewel.
