Negative Resistances?

I'm having a problem with my Monk's Resistances. They are in the negative, and it is affecting me, obviously.
I'm currently in Act 1 on Cruel.
If this is a bug, I'd like to know.
If I have done something wrong, please let me know.
If this is a feature, so be it.

This is by design. I'm not sure if you noticed, but you get a negative resistance penalty per Act finished.

You get minus to resistances every act you go trough, this is to make it so that you have to pick up and use new gear.

Look for life and resists on gear you pick up.

You want to get fire/cold/lighting to 75% and then ideally chaos as high as you can.

Boots you want movement speed.

You can use runes to fill in resists as well.
