PS5- Don't access on website

Hello everyone

I got a key from my friend. I topped up my account by site and i can't use this money in game, i wrote email to support but they don't replay "yet" i think this is because i don't see my character on website if i try click "early accesss" i have message: "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now."
Someone can help to resolve this problem?
i Also try link my psn account to steam but it doesn't work too and i got message like: "You cannot add this login method to this account.
You cannot merge two accounts with the same login methods."
