Regarding this issue, if you have purchased a supporter pack with us, please include the Transaction ID of the purchase along with your account name (including 4-digit discriminator) in the email you send to support@grindinggear.com. Please be wary when sending follow up or new emails regarding the same issue, as these may reset your place in the queue.

If you have acquired your Path of Exile 2 early access key through a third-party, I'm terribly sorry, however we will be unable to assist. Players who have been affected by this must reach out to whomever the player received the key from to check with them regarding the status of their key.

These players can rest assured that their characters, items, and progress will remain as they are until their account is once again eligible to participate in Early Access on the platform of their choice.
