Witch ascension altered flesh - chaos conv. not showing in stats, is it working?

When you take the witch ascension altered flesh the chaos conversion isnot showing in the character stats, is it working?

The other conversions are listed, but the physical to chaos is not.

Also if you take Chaos Inoculation its not mentioned anywhere in the character screen and my chaos resist is still -13%.
