Crash and rollbacks

Goodafternoon,
i am experiencing continously crashes.
On bosses using trigger spells, all screen freeze and after a few seconds game crash or log-out.
On clicking stuff in maps like altars or sanctuaries (left click and crash).

Every single time when i relog i found myself rollback, with bosses keys lost for bosses, or waystone consumed and map attempted with lost of loots and experience for maps..

It is really annoying and a waste of time and currencies.
