MASSIVE bug report that costs customers money
On ps5 I purchased the Lord of Ogham deal that is supposed to come with early access and 600 points. I received zero points. Sent many emails to support. Got one email back where they asked for some of my character names. I sent them and still nothing. Bought it on ps5 dec 25 and it is still not resolved.
Then I play on pc as well. Yesterday I purchased 200 points from my steam account. They went to my account just fine. I went to transfer them to my guild stash. In the middle of the transfer the game crashed. Log back on, the points have now disappeared and my account was still charged $20. Emailed them for this as well still waiting for a response. Then when the game first came out I went to buy a currency stash tab. I hit the purchase button and it said purchase failed. So I tried again and it said successful. I go to my stash and of course I now have two currency tabs and have been charged twice. To me these are major bugs that need to be addressed and support is not fixing them. The game is awesome and I really want to play, but man I am out $80 worth of stuff I paid for but have not received. Last bumped on Jan 11, 2025, 11:39:22 AM
