Weapon Swap Issue When Passive Tree Is Open

When the Passive skill tree is open, I can weapon swap only once. After that and the hot key and the mouse click on the inventory panel stop working.
Example: I open the Passive tree and then open the Inventory panel. I am on weapon set I. I then swap to weapon set two. No problem. After that, however, I can no longer weapon swap weapon sets until I close the Passive Skill tree panel. This works in reverse too. If I start off with Weapon set II, I can switch to I, but after that no response until I close the Passive skill tree.
