Path of Exile 2 Bug Report: Map Shows 0 Monsters Remaining but Cannot Be Completed

While playing Path of Exile 2, I encountered a bug that prevents a map from being completed. Here are the details:

On a certain map, I cleared all monsters, and the interface showed "0 monsters remaining."
Despite this, the map was not marked as completed, and I didn’t receive the completion flag.
I carefully checked every corner of the map, including hidden areas and breakable objects, but found nothing left to clear.
To ensure it wasn’t a missed monster or a mechanic I overlooked, I spent around 30 minutes thoroughly exploring the map and attempting to trigger any potential events or objectives. However, the map still couldn’t be completed.
This issue not only wasted my time but also negatively impacted the overall gaming experience. It’s unclear whether this was caused by an untriggered map mechanic, a monster spawning issue, or some other unknown factor.
