Game Constantly Laggy Or Crashing

Some times I do a map and it’s so laggy it’s almost unplayable. Then I can do an identical map with no issues.
This feels like a server issue not a my computer issue.

Also

The game has been randomly crashing out. Tried to do a Copper Citadel the other day and crashed out so many times I lost the Dungeon


The spotty lag had been around since launch but the crashing has only been the past few days
