Spell cascade interaction with ice nova + frostbolt

Spell cascade doesn't work as stated when socketed in ice nova that then is cast on a frostbolt.
The cascades will always appear centered on the frostbolt if the caster is not close by, they will not appear besides the original cast in a random axis. If the caster is near the frostbolt the cascades may appear in a random axis around the caster.

Another unexpected interaction is that cascades will always appear around the caster if the frostbolt is destroyed after the original cast but before the cascades appear.
