I'm not a technicien, i understand vaguely the manipulation, don't reproduce this if you don't know what you're doing.

I'm going by the video :

He use a little graphique interface for configure the power plant :
https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/windows-power-plan-settings-explorer-utility.416058/

And in a desperate way, i have modificate some point and the CPU have good perf !!

With park control, project lasso ect... no fix .. and with this it's ok !

Config :

I7 3770
GTX 1080Ti
16Go ram
I haven't noticed TOO much CPU or GPU lag but then again one upside of my build is that I don't have constant visual vomit on the screen at all times.

I do believe improvements to game optimization are warranted to better take advantage of modern day CPUs & GPUs.

As for the OP if you're playing with a 13 year old CPU I wouldn't be surprised if you have to go to a great deal of trouble to get things running to your satisfaction.

While I don't want to be a gaming snob I'd at least try to run a CPU from the last 5-7 years.

Hypocrite warning: My own primary system is basically a 4.25 year old system in terms of tech BUT I'm trying to hold off on upgrades for a few more years myself meaning I'd like to hold off on big upgrades until my system is 7 or 8 years old
Yes i now my cpu is bad

It's just for people like me :) for sharing...

The game have good perf with this !
Hey, it seems like the link expired, do you still have it uploaded somewhere?
Here my solution:

GGG needs to improve Path of Exile 2, both for PCs and Consoles.

Have a nice day
