Points from Early Access not showing up

I have a problem with my account, or rather points that I should get from buying the early access pack with points in it for 30USD from Steam. So I did not get them no matter what I do. My friend who has also bought this pack got the points without any problem and I did not. So the question is: has anyone had the same issue, and if, found any sollutions to it?
