Asinia, the praetor's consort bugged out and cannot enter arena

I started the asinia the praetor boss encounter in Gothic city and when I exited the arena I cannot go in the arena again, so the dungeon is bricked. I tried going out of portal and going back in again but it's locked. Bug report id: Bug Report ID: #1544935420
