Movement speed bug when swapping weapons and unable to use primary weapon

Issue: Movement speed reduced to walk pace and unable to shoot crossbow after using stormcaller arrow to inflict shock

Recreation steps

Deadeye -> bow on secondary weapon slot -> right clicking stormcaller arrow then left clicking the current crossbow assigned ammo completely disables my primary weapon gems and also reduces my movement speed to a walk


THis is resolved by using right click again to cast stormcaller arrow and then swapping ammo instead of using left click to fire the crossbow

Further testing this is sporadic out in maps/bosses but very easy to replicate in your hideout.
