Soft locked in Act 3 (Poe2)

Me and my buddy were going through act 3 and got to Ketzuli. The boss went well but whenever the boss died I wasn't able to move from my place and my friend clicked on alva to progress the quest. By progressing the quest alva makes a platfrom rise up. Then i noticed my character was right on the edge of the platform. After a quick relog i was able to move, but alva wasn't on my screen anymore but still showed up on my map. I tpd back to the hub and she was there but only as a vendor and not as a quest turn in. I retraced my steps back to the boss arena and I still can't interact with her. With that my character has become soft locked from progressing the game.

It's unfortunate that it has happened, but maybe a fix can be implemented. Or this can be seen as a warning for other people to be carefull of your positioning after killing Ketzuli.
