Prism of Belief not adding Damage

Hey Guys,

So my Shockwave Totem is at level 34 after all levels added up.



After adding Prism of Belief into my Skilltree in a Socket.



It still adds the +3 Level, but does not increase the damage.
Same as it was with the +1 Corruption on gems.



Since the Prism isnt that cheap, I hope you find a fix soon.
