Flashing bug

I've encountered a bug where parts of the map keep lighting up over and over. It's nothing game breaking but it's quite distracting and difficult to look at.

I've noticed it happen on Augury and Crypt so far. Going out and back in the instance fixes it for a little but then it starts happening again.
