I didn't get points for buying early access

Hi, I purchased access on eneba.com and I didn't get any points for early access. It wasn't said anywhere that I don't get these points and what can I do now?

Unfortunately, the key you have used just grants access to the Path of Exile 2 Early Access, this key does not provide a Supporter Pack, points or ability to upgrade. | |

aha, so when I paid the same price for early access as others, when the game comes out and is free, others get a refund in the form of 300 points and I when I bought literally the same thing because it's a product and I only pay to play a game earlier that will be f2p.

Unfortunately as you mentioned purchasing from a third-party, you would need to discuss this with the third-party website you purchased the key from.
