Lost 1 passive skill point after respec in time-lost jewel range ( #54464815 )

Bug Report ID: #54464815

Refunded 3 passives, allocated 3 back. After pressing apply, only 2 passives were added and 3rd was "lost".

Had to remove and put back time-lost jewel, and passive appeared again.
