300 supporter pack points

Hi.
I received PoE2 as a gift for Christmas, and I’m not sure why, but I didn’t get the 300 points at the start. Should I add an additional code for them, and maybe I missed it, or did I do something wrong during registration? Additionally, I can’t link this account to Steam where I’ve already entered the key, because I have another account linked there that I used to play Path of Exile on back in 2012. Unfortunately, the key you have used likely just grants access to the Path of Exile 2 Early Access, this key does not provide a Supporter Pack, points or ability to upgrade.
