Will Support team find my account using steam URL, my steam ID, and steam username?

Will the Support team be able to find my account If i post my steam URL, my steam ID, and steam username is a message to them?
I've done it every day this week, sometimes multiple times a day because support doesnt really read what im asking even when i make it the title. Slayer_1#1758 Need help from support, account locked.
