Game crash loop on entering Mausoleum of the Praetor (PC)

Bug reference number: 3.952.860.762

Short description: Upon entering the Mausoleum of the Praetor (Act 1), the game crashes. After logging back in and selecting the character, the game crashes again in the loading screen of the Mausoleum of the Praetor making me unable to continue playing the character.

Character information: Level 7 Sorceress

Expected results: the game loads the character into the Mausoleum of the Praetor

Actual results: the game keeps crashing

Tried workarounds: selecting another server

Every other character can still be played normally.

Can provide PC specs if needed, but looking at the already posted bug reports, this seems to affect Xbox players as well.

Edit: Verifying the integrity of game files (Steam) fixed this for me
