Reposted: Converted Fire Damage Not Apply to Explosion Damage

I decide to repost it because previous one doesn't get any attention. I just need an answer is it a bug or it was intended, thing is the node is a good boost for my build I don't want to waste my time if it isn't going to work and move on to next build.
