''Hard crashing PC locks up'' temporary solution

Downloaded BES 1.7.9 and used it to limit CPU usage for poe2 by 10% as per link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HgTLsgFgOVg

New maps were still crashing on me so setting affinity to not use the first two cores in addition to using BES worked.

Been playing smoothly for past few days with no lock ups.
