Didnt take the quest item for sekhemas trial and now im locked out

since i wanted to kinda speedrun story i was not picking up most of the things soo i didnt picked up the orb that should take you to the are where is sekhemas trial and now when im lvl 80 i wanted more ascend points and since i only did 1 for the first 2 points in chaos temple i cant do 4th ascend thx to the problem with the sekhemas trials
