maps/instances crashing

Have a friend over and he and I and my partner are all playing juiced breach maps at my place and the maps have crashed a couple times freezing our games and then after relogging the map is gone completely. we are missing out on drops :c

its also rolling back my friends xp and counting the map as a loss.
