Skill Gem not working

I have a Hexblast level 20 skill gem with 5 sockets, 20% quality, all that jazz. I meet all the requirements for Intelligence and levels. I can't use it, the fact sheet shows nothing or the information that no information is available. Can't place it on my skill bar either, it's like it's not there at all.
If I engrave new skill gem with Hexblast it works fine.
Sometimes when I hit the arrow for more info it says different skill name on the top.
