Question on rarity on gear for minions

Have a question for minion builds. So I noticed the rarity on kill stat does not show up under "minion info", "arc", and "death storm". The rarity on kill only shows up in the "command" tab. Does this mean the player need to use the command:death storm to apply the rarity on kill? Or does that mean as long as the minion is under your command, the rarity on kill will be applied?

I personally think rarity is completely bricked for minions.
Since 2 weeks I'm running 221% rarity on gear.

Juicing T15 maps with paranoia for more rare mobs, 180-250% quantity + another 200ish rarity from towers.

All 8 breach atlas points applied, killing like 10-15 rares per breach.

I haven't seen single divine drop on those juicy maps for a week, i get like 4-5 ex/map.

Should it look that way?

No, it's not like i've done 1 map - doing several of them and still not dropping stuff.
Tried party with a friend with 60% rarity - he was killing mobs. Drops were WAY, WAY better than i get myself.

it clearly stats on the advanced info tab how much rarity each minion gets upon killing.

ofc it shows, but it doesn't mean it's working.
Maybe I'm superior unlucky..
