Request for Assistance: Long-Standing Account Issue

Hello everyone,
I’d like to share an ongoing issue I’ve been facing in the hopes that someone might have advice or that the GGG Support team might notice this post.

Back around [12-8-2024], I purchased the Path of Exile 2 early access pack through Epic Games. Unfortunately, the 300 points included in the bundle were credited to my old Xbox account (Bobedli#8297) instead of my main PC account (Bobo1984#3525), where I intended them to go.

Since then, I’ve contacted Support and provided all the requested details, including screenshots of the receipt and character information. While I initially received a response, there hasn’t been any update for several weeks, and my request seems to be stuck in limbo.

I completely understand that the Support team is incredibly busy, and I truly appreciate the work they do, but this issue has been unresolved for over [4 weeks] now.

If anyone has faced a similar problem or knows of a way to expedite the process, I’d be grateful for any advice. And if a member of the Support team happens to see this, I’d greatly appreciate any help in resolving this matter.

First, patience, they have a tremendous amount of work at the moment with all the e-mails coming their way.

While I have not experienced what you're going through, this seems easy to solve and I'm confident Support will address your situation accordingly, I can say this because they don't have a direct way to gift/transfer your purchased Coins (Microtransaction's main currency), they have assisted me in moving Coins from my account to a friend's account as long I provided the requested information from both accounts to verify I am the owner of mine and I do know the other person.

Patience mate, they will assist you when the time is due.
