What happened to being able to raise any monster as a minion?

I remember that being a thing in one of the videos I saw pre-release.

The skill gem Raise Spectre didn't make it in time for Early Access. Perhaps it was a QA issue or too buggy to present it to a larger new audience.

If it was me, I'd want to present the best view of my product to a market, so it's reasonable for them to decide not to let us try it yet, don't panic, the skill gem will exist in the game, we have to wait a bit as half of the skill gems are still missing.
