Buggy interaction between Heroic Tragedy jewel and attribute passives

The attribute passives which you can choose attribute are not function if and only if covered by Heroic Tragedy jewel.
Remove the jewel, you get the attributes. Put it on, you lose the attribute. log-out log-in not fixing. refund realocate not fixing.

Same issue with From Nothing jewel, Controlled diamond.

+1, attribute passives retain your choice visually but the text says "+5 to any attribute" as if it was not allocated
