Poe2 have the game but says no early access key!!!??

So I bought the game for my PS5 and this site tells me I don't have the early access key and it won't let me use the damn trade site feature in the game! I'm not going to buy it twice. You need to fix this

Same just bought the game on the website, the ogham pack, activated the key on steam then when i try to log in on the game it tells me i have no early access? When i check my account it says that the copy i purchased is early acsess and my key has been used on steam to play like i dont get what im supposed to do here...

The website is extremely hard to navigate and searching a solution has taken ages this is the best thread i could find on the issue.

Not sure how to link my steam account to here or why there is multiple subaccounnts and whatnot like i have no idea this is really frustrating and overly confusing when it really shouldnt be lol..

If ya bought key from some dealer sites, just contact their support, should be replaced with new key

Likely a seperate issue

On PC almost every source of people loosing access to the beta is due to the user buying a key from a third party and that third party has refunded the key which voids it so if you did not by the pack from this site, the steam page or the epic page and went to else...you need to contact the person that gave you the key.
