Upgraded to Thamaturge of the Vaal pack from the previous pack but didn't receive points

I upgraded to the Thaumaturge of the Vaal pack from the previous pack on Jan 2 (is listed in my account transactions) and received the skins but not the points (the microtransaction coins). I thought it might just take a few days, but still haven't received it. So something appears bugged. I had selected that I wanted the points instead of the T-shirt, so perhaps that is part of the bug?
Additionally, if I select the next pack (warlord of whatever), I can't upgrade from the Thaumaturge pack. It acts like I didn't buy that pack. Is this a known issue? I emailed the support group on Monday, but never heard anything. The points were the main reason I upgraded, and was planning on buying stuff off the shop, but now I am a little spooked to give any more money at this point. Last bumped on Jan 10, 2025, 8:02:06 PM
