My Invoker Monk doesn't attack anymore with the Quarterstaff

Hello dear GGG Team, i have been playing today without issues but suddenly after booting up the game and loging into my Invoker Monk, i can't use ice strike anymore, every time i try to attack my character blinks red. I can use normal attack or other weapons but ice strike or other skills doesn't activate and my charakcter just blinks red when i try to do it. I logged into another character (my warrior) and i have no issues with him and my mercernary who also uses the quarterstaff with ice strike works fine too.
