I Can not find my missing passive skill points.

Hello, i just cant understand whats is happening im lv 90, today i was changing my Warbringer build alocating some different skill points to weapon set I and II, then i realize i got 9 (24). how does it works? i need to choose witch is better to invest weapon set I or II ? i cant use in both:? confusing... and that "(24)" means i got all permanent passive from campaing? Please some one could help me? so i have 90 point + 24 to use in general? whatsssss

That tells you how many you have assigned to a weapon tree and how many max you can assign to a weapon skill tree. You have bonus nodes assigned to the general tree. If you count up all the general nodes and the weapon it’ll equal level + 23.
